Introduction: It locates in the central area
of Jinan city, to the north of Jingsi Road, to the south
of Jing’er, to the east of Weiyi Road, to the west of
shunhe Business Street. The land is 500 metre away from
Jinan People’s Government, and is also 500 metre away
from Quancheng Road and Quancheng Square respectively.
Present Situation of The Land: It covers a total area
of 20 ha. The projecting procedure for construction
has been approved by Jinan projecting Bureau and temporary
land license for construction and layout has been obtained.
In May of 1996, the Seventh Academy of Beijing Department
of Spaceflight had programmed the total construction
area of 702900 square meter. The estimate total investment
of the project is 2000 million Yuan, and 100 million
Yuan has been put into earlier stage. |
