Brief:Real Estate Development General Company of Shizhong District is one of the 100-biggest enterprises in China. B. Brief of the Invested Project
Project Name Rebuild of Jingsi Road-Weiyi Road Central Business Disitrict
Project Introduction: It locates in the central area of Jinan city, to the north of Jingsi Road, to the south of Jing’er, to the east of Weiyi Road, to the west of shunhe Business Street. The land is 500 metre away from Jinan People’s Government, and is also 500 metre away from Quancheng Road and Quancheng Square respectively. Present Situation of The Land: It covers a total area of 20 ha. The projecting procedure for construction has been approved by Jinan projecting Bureau and temporary land license for construction and layout has been obtained. In May of 1996, the Seventh Academy of Beijing Department of Spaceflight had programmed the total construction area of 702900 square meter. The estimate total investment of the project is 2000 million Yuan, and 100 million Yuan has been put into earlier stage.

It has a superior geographic situation, is near to Jinan People’s Market and commercial street of Jingsi Road. The area is to the east of several famous tourism spot such as Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, Quancheng Square and business districts such as Quancheng Road, etc. It is the key part of Jinan CBD and also the only high-grade business district to develop. It has a dense population and a convenient transportation, with about 1 km away from Jinan Railway Station. It would be a commercial area what possesses a wide radiation range, a great effect and a high well-known degree. At the same time, the project will bring a good social benefit and a considerable economic benefit to the investors.
